Rise and Shrine

Good morning! Today I went on a trip around Manila with my mom for a pre-Mother's Day celebration. Lol, actually we just wanted to get out of the house. The first official stop of our trip was St. Jude Church located at Ycaza, Manila 1005 according to Google. 

I took this shot from Ersao across the church itself and I couldn't stop laughing for about 5 minutes because my mom was the one who said that line. 

Okay this shop was not worth blogging but this cutie is irresistible.

I love weddings! I hoped to see the bride but it took so long so we just got out of there. 

I learned today that this was the place where Doctors pray. 

Getting there: Take the LRT2 and get off at Legarda station. From there, St. Jude is only a 10-minute walk from Mendiola. Take the walk, it's not really hot because there are trees and you'll feel like you're on a campus tour because you'll be passing by a few colleges like San Beda, Centro Escolar University, etc.
