Day trip to China

Okay, you caught me. This wasn't really in China - it's just Lucky Chinatown Mall in Binondo, Manila. Heehee. But it would surely be cool if we could really go to China whenever we wanted (without visas and all because shopping there is really fun and the food is totally to die for).

Lol these guys took Helium, I couldn't understand them one bit!

More pictures!
Parmigiana Oval Pizza from Cibo
Mom's seafood pasta
My chicken panini - I looooved the side!

Cute decorations from Mary Grace
They were actually made from sea shells? Cool!

The thing about my family is that we always seem to eat like kings all the time. Whenever we go out or even order in, we always have so much and I'm so grateful for that. I know that there are so many people starving and sometimes I don't even want to eat because I don't like the food, but really, I'm so thankful that we have the opportunity to enjoy and indulge in food. I think that food is not just an essential aspect in our lives but also an experience that needs is so underrated! Eating is an opportunity to bond with other people and a chance to be grateful for everything you've been given. Don't you agree?

How to get here: Lucky Chinatown Mall is at Reina Regente St., Binondo Manila. You can take a jeep from Recto that goes to Divisoria and from there you can take the foot bridge and walk briskly and carefully.

Tip! If it's too hot for walking, you can go through 999 mall and you'll reach City Place because it's right across from Lucky Chinatown Mall. It's quite fun to go through 999 mall because it's cheaper there than 168 mall.
